Please note: Applications can only be accepted from those living or affiliated to groups in Shirehampton, Sea Mills, Lawrence Weston or Avonmouth.

Fees & Charges

Exihibitor ‐ not for sale (nfs) Free of charge.

Sellers registration fee ‐ £1.00

Sales commission ‐ 10% of declared item value.

Please Note:Fees ‐ will be collected during registration at the Public Hall ‐ Sunday, 25th October 2020
Income from sales ‐ Exhibitors will receive proceeds from sale of goods minus the 10% at the end of the Exhibition on the Saturday.

Sales & Sellers


  Items not for sale(nfs) in the exhibition area are marked with a beige ticket.

  Items for sale in the Exhibition area, are marked with a green ticket, these items can be purchased on the day but cannot be taken off display until the end of the exhibition. Collection of ‘green ticket’ purchases is from the hall on Saturday, 31/10/2021, 5:00pm - 6:00pm.


The sales area within the exhibition has items which can be purchased and taken away on the day.

Sellers please note ‐ Sellers are required to have at least 3 items for display in the Exhibition area either marked nfs or with a green ticket and sold on the same ‘green ticket’ basis as above

  • Complete the registration section of the form.
  • List your exhibits indicating whether you intend to sell them. If you are selling you will need to enter a value for each item. We suggest you charge [value + commission]

Volunteering

  • Complete the registration section of the form.
  • Stewarding. Tick your preferred session(s).
  • Demonstrating. Tick your preferred session(s).
